Repeat Roses is a nationally incorporated, for-profit business committed to hiring locally, minimizing environmental impact, and maximizing social good. We charge clients for our comprehensive professional services and product offerings in order to deliver the best possible experience.
Repeat Roses sources native, locally grown florals whenever possible. When florals travel from international destinations like Holland, Japan and Ecuador, Repeat Roses calculates the carbon off-sets or makes a donation to plant a tree through The Canopy Project. All customers are encouraged to later return the shop with their flowers in the provided compost bag to receive a special discount or promotion on their future purchase (exclusions applied).

Repeat Roses partners with global importers and wholesalers to ensure leftover unsold inventory does not go in the trash but is instead used at the Repeat Roses Blossom Bar for the most eco-responsible experience including donation and composting.
No. Repeat Roses designer bouquets, fresh cut stems and Passports arrangements are composed of new, fresh cut flowers from local farms and international growers. We never use leftover flowers or repurposed flowers from other events.


We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. When you place an order on our website, we will charge your credit card once we have verified your card details, received credit authorization and confirmed inventory and floral availability. Currently, we offer same-day flower delivery in Manhattan (all streets below 100th Street) on all orders placed before 1pm. For fresh flower orders above 100th Street and the outer boroughs of NYC, Westchester, Long Island, and the Hamptons, we request 24 hours notice.

Gift merchandise (non-fresh flower orders) is available to ship globally. We typically process and ship domestic and international orders within 24 hours of placing your order.
Please include any notes and specific instructions in the message section of your order and we will do our very best to accommodate special requests.
If there is no one to sign for the flowers nor a doorman to leave the flowers with, and, if your delivery recipient cannot be reached to accept the flower delivery, we will contact you to schedule a redelivery.
Repeat Roses will delivery your order to the front desk of the hospital where a designated hospital employee will hand-deliver your gift to the recipient. Delivery timing to the patient’s room is dependent on the availability of hospital staff.
Arrangements are available for in store pick up or delivery (delivery fees apply). If you choose our delivery service, we will deliver a fresh arrangement each week and recover the old arrangement on your behalf for composting. If you would like to pick up in store, you are welcome to return your previous week’s arrangement and Repeat Roses will recycle the vase and compost the flowers on your behalf.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately before the order goes out for delivery.

Please note our return policy: Fresh flower in-store and delivery orders are not eligible for return once they’ve been purchased in store or go out for delivery. If you are unhappy with your flower experience for any reason, please contact us at shop@repeatroses.com so we can help remedy the situation.

All gift merchandise returns must be requested within 10 days from the date of receipt. We will not accept merchandise that has been opened, used, or altered. Merchandise must have all tags attached. All items should be returned in their original packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable. Upon receipt of returned goods, Repeat Roses reserves the right to deny a refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements. A $20 shipping and restocking fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount. To place a return, please contact shop@repeatroses.com for instructions.
Once you have submitted your order for fresh flowers and styled arrangements, we have limited ability to make modifications. Please contact us as soon as possible at shop@repeatroses.com with any requests.
Once your order has been processed for delivery or shipping, you will be sent a confirmation email including the tracking number for your package.


We work with facilities ranging from nursing homes and hospices to cancer treatment centers and shelters—places where residents may enjoy an emotional boost from fresh flowers. Past recipients have included children undergoing treatment for life-threatening conditions as well as victims of sexual abuse and homelessness.

To minimize our carbon footprint, we identify local organizations to receive your donated flowers. However, we’re happy to work with you on special requests.
We work with facility staff to get the most out of your donations. Sometimes, our teams decorate community rooms and common areas so every resident can enjoy the flowers. In other instances, staff bring bedside bouquets to patients without family or regular visitors.


We operate all over the world through our trained employees and member service providers. (Yes, we’ll come to your destination wedding!) In some locations, composting sites are limited. In these instances, we research alternatives to divert floral waste from landfills.
To reserve your spot on our calendar, we recommend scheduling your service at least 30 days in advance.
No problem! We’ll coordinate details like this with your florist and venue host. We’ll leave rented vases on-site for your vendors to retrieve and use our own when we deliver your flowers to the donor site.

Pricing starts at $1,950 and depends on the scale of your event's floral plan. Your estimate will consider the location of your venue and the estimated volume of floral arrangements.
Yes! If you have wedding guests or relatives who would like to contribute to your Repeat Roses experience, you can register for Repeat Roses gift certificates on Zola. Gift certificates can be applied towards event services, flower subscription services, online products, and in-store flowers, Blossom Bar™ experiences and gift merchandise.
The Repeat Roses fee covers coordination and execution of service from collection through composting, including:

• Removing all floral arrangements ordered for collection
• Evaluating and dismantling the arrangements if necessary
• Recycling extra, leftover glass containers
• Composting non-usable organic waste
• Refreshing flowers as needed prior to delivery
• Providing recycled vases/containers as needed to create multiple arrangements
• Delivering recycled, repurposed blooms to residents in nursing homes, hospice care, family shelters or other designated destination
• Acknowledgement letter and/or donation receipt facilitation (when applicable)
• Reclaiming the flowers after they’ve been enjoyed: expired flowers are composted and all containers are recycled.
Sales tax depends on the state where we deliver service. On occasion, additional charges may apply: please refer to our Service Terms & Conditions for details applicable to your specific event.
In the case of a postponement, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can work with you to make new arrangements for your service. Additional fees may apply. If your event is canceled 4 weeks or more to the scheduled date, you will receive a 25% refund. If your event is canceled with less than 30 days notice, you will receive a 0% refund.
Donations to nonprofit organizations are tax deductible according to IRS regulations, and your donation covers both the cost of the flowers and haulage to and from our nonprofit beneficiaries. Repeat Roses ensures that the beneficiary sends you an acknowledgment letter including details of your donation. Consult our Service Terms & Conditions and your tax professional for further information. For Repeat Roses service outside of the United States, please refer to that country’s regulations regarding charitable giving.


If you bought an item (other than fresh flowers) at full price and it goes on sale within three days, then you are eligible for a price adjustment. Please contact our Customer Concierge at shop@repeatroses.com with your order number and we will review your order for the price adjustment. A refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
